By strategically scheduling equipment maintenance based on operational conditions, we were able to minimize downtime and prevent unexpected breakdowns, thus optimizing overall productivity. Additionally, accurately forecasting component failure times and types enabled us to proactively address potential issues before they escalated, further enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our operations at the iron concentrate production plant. This project also laid the groundwork for implementing Industry 4.0 automation, an initiative currently underway.
