Business Growth Accomplishments:• Drove 50% revenue growth in five years of directing 24 clinics with 15% NOI• New market penetration with opening 10 De Novo clinics• $7M annual revenue addition through business development & adding new lines of service• Successful due diligence activity that resulted in acquisition of 42 clinics• Promotion of 10 direct reports to corporate management positions• Assisted in positioning the dental centers to be sold with one of the highest multiples in DSOs I was trained as a biomedical engineer; my first job was working in my Dad’s state of the art medical equipment import company where I introduced and trained physicians and healthcare workers on how to utilize equipment. I was recruited as a biomedical engineer to design and manage equipment for Access Dental. Promoted to business and operations, I use my training to help physicians make a difference in patients’ lives.
