From a young age I was always fascinated with the human body, this naturally lead me to sports. After many years of waiting for my calling I qualified as a coach. This is when I developed 80-20 Training Pro. With a healthy balanced life, in the centre of our core values. Feeling amazing isn’t just about cover model fitness, but that’s in the bank should we need to book a photo shoot. I’m lucky to have had the pleasure to work with so many people, and that’s given me so much opportunity to learn and develop my skills.I’ve worked with people who have different daily struggle, People with:MSMEArthritis Thyroid disfunction Severe depressionPCOSAutism And more…Although I don’t specialise in any of those areas, I’ve had something to learn, to help develop my skills in each and every single opportunity. And I have successfully transformed every single one. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with national league athletes in Rugby, Football, Basketball and Runners. These are well within the realm of my skills, these have given me the opportunities to learn, adapt and grow in my career. Expanding my skill set. My experiences have made me the coach that I am today. What keeps me motivated is by nature I’m a team player and caring. I like to help people.
