• Monitor and follow up day-to-day drilling operation for land and offshore Rigs. Troubleshooting and brainstorming to solve the problems. • Review and approve the materials and equipment requisitions including material selection and audit of drilling equipment manufacturing process for Land and Jack up drilling units.• Cooperate with the operation team to achieve best performance and minimize NPT in a safe manner to achieve HSE objectives. • Responsible for leading the drilling engineering team to perform well design and prepare basis of design for EPD project (Danan Oil field)• Supervise the team for procurement of long lead items, drilling rig and services. • Prepare and review the scope of work and technical aspects of the contract.• Prepare and review drilling instruction, procedures, risk management documents, drilling rules and polices to achieve best performance. • Review and approve end of well reports and final inventories.• Cooperate with QC department for inspection & QC tasks such as ITP preparation, material inspection for drilling units and drilling goods. Prepare Scope of Inspection for drilling goods procurement, Rig survey plan and follow up NCR, failure reports.• Member of Transaction Committee, Sourcing Committee and Technical-Commercial Evaluation Committee in Mapna Drilling Co.

Oman

• Supervise day-to-day rig activities, drilling and work over operation (Acidizing, Acid fracturing, Nitrogen lifting, Cement Squeeze, Fishing,…) and well completion operation using conventional completion string and artificial lift (ESP & PCP)• Responsible for leading the drilling operation team and management of operations associated with the well planning and prioritizing activities, resolving operational problems whilst ensuring full HSE policy compliance, daily progress of drilling, controlling costs and reporting of daily operation with Well View reporting software.• Ensure all regulatory agreements and documentation are in place prior to commencing operations with the drilling contractor and the project group to ensure that all safety, environmental and rig operations issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.• Work with the HSE advisor and drilling manager to set performance targets for safety, environment, and ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner• Review the preparation of an accurate well cost estimate to generate the AFE and control operational costs• Ensures that HSE audits are conducted and findings are closed in a timely manner• Ensure that all the materials required to perform drilling, completion or workover activities are available in the appropriate time• Make continuous effort to improve drilling performance by applying new tools and techniques• Participate actively in training and development of the team

Tehran- Offshore (Farzad Field)

• Lead engineering team to plan the appraisal and development wells, and prepare suspension program according to HSE policies and procedures.• Prepare risk register to reduce risks and follow operation according to the program• Perform cost control, drilling optimization and day to day operation monitoring • Equipment and material requisitions containing material selection• Issuing hole section recommendations and drill on paper for each section and assist to make MDP for HP/HT offshore project. (Farzad Field)• Cooperate with operation manager for drilling optimization, cost control, call out the service contractors, participate in daily operation meetings to troubleshoot and solve problems at well site and improve the operation. (Farzad Field, South Pars Phases 12&19)• Check daily operation reports and compare with program, gather, report and distribute well data, check progress and make end of well reports. (Farzad Field, South Pars Phases 12&19)

Tehran - Ahwaz

• Leading engineering team to provide the well planning, drilling optimization, day to day operation monitoring, equipment & material requisitions containing material selection and audit of drilling equipment during manufacturing process • Prepare end of well reports for onshore & offshore EPD projects, Specially Band-e-Karkheh Project.• In assistance with operation manager, responsible for time scheduling, cost controlling, review of all reports, troubleshooting and resolve problems occurring at the well site for onshore & offshore EPD projects.• Participates in operational activities related to drilling, workover/abandonment, carried out by contractors/ services companies on assigned rig (Reshadat Offshore oil field). Coordinate and supervise all the drilling, completion and well intervention operations in the field, make sure operations are carried out in a safe, efficient and environmentally friendly manner according to the guidelines, rules, work scope, procedures and the requirements of the client.• Responsible for all well engineering aspects of the well conceptual design and lead the well's Design and Modification.

• Member of the drilling engineering team operating the Rig on a day-to-day basis.• Technical Evaluation for purchase and fabrication of Offshore & Land Rigs.• Member of drilling unit survey team• Perform rig inspection and follow up on NCR items for corrections.

Directional drilling well planning, Develop well specific directional drilling and well bore survey procedures, Drilling performance optimization, Report directional drilling and survey data on company database, Provide updates to formation evaluation logs as required, Work scope encompasses pre-well planning in BHA design, Torque and Drag modeling, Hydraulics Calculations, Well Profile Design, Anti-collision and operational support in the client office, BHA optimization, Downhole parameters, transmission rates Completion of end of well reports with details of lessons learned and recommendations for continues performance improvement, Tracking, reporting and benchmarking of Directional Drilling performance measures, Work closely with other Baker Hughes Divisions – especially Hughes Christensen to exploit service synergies.

• Supervise the operation at night shift and drafts the drilling morning report summarizing all rig activities in the previous 24 hours. • Participate in generation of conceptual well designs in support of field development plans and asset reference plans such that the asset's oil & gas reserves can be explored and developed economically.• Evaluation of technical & commercial proposal as a drilling engineer in office• Perform drilling optimization & performance drilling, make end of well reports, cost analysis, safety reports, etc.

Having passed required drilling courses and on job trainings, review and follow up approved programs in response to apply operational parameters. Ensures that all operations on the rig site are carried out in accordance with pertinent contract provisions consistent with company's safety, environment and loss prevention policies, rules and regulations. Follows up supply activities of company materials and equipment to ensure effective utilization. Supervise the operation at night shift and drafts the drilling morning report summarizing all rig activities in the previous 24 hours.
