Organize, Monitor and coordinates Safety Awareness Program. Loss PreventionProgram or sites.Effective implementation of all safety and regulation 1n the company.Ensure that safety plan is applicable for all employees.Maintaining HSE Records and updating HSE statics.Planning and managing periodic inspection & maintenance schedule according vendor’sspecification of all Safety & Fire Equipment.Conduct safety orientation for new employees.Investigate accident/Incident including near hisses and determine probable causes arid developappropriate safety measures to prevent recurrence of similar incidents.Check suitable and quality of personal protective equipment’s.Participating in safety officers walk through at project site (As Required by the client).Monitor and ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained.Implementation of client safety rules and equipment’s related to the project site.Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective / preventive action.Inspection of working on high elevation, fall protection, scaffolding.Monthly fire extinguishers inspection.Conduct awareness training and precautionary method for the personal in the carpentry shop,fabrication yard, construction site, crane, heavy equipment air compressors, heavy plant vehicle,forklift trucks and other hazard area.Taking disciplinary action and enforcement to ensure acceptable compliance.Conduct weekly Tool Box meeting.Experience Mandatory safety as per project loss prevention program.
