• Lead marketing transformation projects at client organizations by scoping and shaping strategy, business goals, marketing innovation, programs, and deliverables• Consult and deliver on data strategy and technology projects end to end from current state analysis, future state definition, gap analysis, to recommendations, roadmap creation, and implementation.• Lead new consulting product development.• Maintain martech and adtech expertise across vendors and products by participating in and/or leading martech and adtech forums, communities, research, publications, and events.• Support business development efforts by providing data and technology related market insights and analysis and identifying additional business opportunities.

• Lead product strategy and development for the central marketing data hub.• Made decisions on what data will be used, how and from where this data will be collected, what purposes this data can serve in terms of media planning/buying and analytics, what partnerships and integrations will need to be in place, and how the data will be processed for further advanced analytics practices.• Evaluated technology partners and products for internal and client projects.
