I launched this website on Feb 2012. This is a custom site using Cake PHP Framework and MySQL. We are hosting it on Amazon Web Services since we launched. Created CMS that managed all aspects of the web site from build pages, manage codes, users, lessons, transcripts to convert videos to different formats using FFMPEG over Linux. They were required notify to the state all material they bought and they were required have records for 5 years.
