This role includes many different tasks, from which the most important is to lead the partner team and the sales team. I was also included in the Paytrail management team, which has the responsibility of making the high level decisions of strategy and product. In this position I was also responsible of strategic partnerships of Paytrail's stakeholders. Daily tasks include leading the sales team to perform as highly as possible and cooperation with other Paytrail teams and Nexi Group's sales and partner teams.
