I am responsible for making key decisions regarding AV/IT equipment refreshes and managing the procurement and installation of new technologies to enhance our infrastructure.My role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining all central AV/IT systems, including Crestron automation. I serve as the technical expert for high-end AV spaces and lead programming for Crestron equipment. I collaborate with UK ITS and other departments to integrate AV technology with the university infrastructure and stay updated on relevant technological advancements.I engage with external AV/IT vendors, research new industry technologies, and present findings to leadership. Additionally, I manage digital signage operations and act as a liaison with other IT units to ensuring seamless communication across units.In a leadership capacity, I supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training programs.
