I am here to serve not to please clients, and as one client said “ LPS burrows into your soul and asks those tiny questions that create the biggest shifts”. I'm known for my "velvet hammer" both during my coaching and on stage, creating thought provoking experiences and transformational shifts.I work with clients on feelings of constraint and unconscious blind spots that are keeping them prisoner, from realising their full potential.I’m tenacious and seek to create a legacy myself. I have a forever curious mind, so I lean in, I learn and I share expert knowledge such as being a TEDx speaker.What most people DON’T know about me ... is that I’m an introvert and shy. I’ve been shamed for being my authentic self. I’ve felt like a round peg in a square hole in corporate life. I’ve had money struggles with being made redundant. I have dreams that 13 years later haven’t happened yet. The more success that I now attract, the more my introversion can become and the higher the mountain feels to slide back down. I spend my time doing my own inner work, as I never expect clients to go further into the work that I’ve done myself.
