About Scott Payne
After spending 12 years flying as Cabin Crew for Virgin Australia (both domestically and internationally), it was time to hang up my wings and move into a different industry. I specialise in recruiting for all contact centres across the Insignia Financial group. I designed and built from scratch a brand new entire assessment centre format to ensure that candidates are assessed over a range of metrics, without the need to use external testing providers. I’m passionate about working efficiently, improving processes and creating a memorable candidate experience. When I’m not at work either travelling (when I can), hanging out with my dog, or caring for my abundance of indoor plants.
