I am an experienced Product Manager who loves creating and scaling products. I have a passion for curating an intuitive, usable, and enjoyable user experience within products and services.With a proven track record in both local and international markets, spanning the private sector, Managed Service Providers, and Government. I have developed products from inception through to delivery, plus life-cycled by building enhanced or new features for both internal and external customers. I excel at leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products, with a strong passion for understanding user needs to enhance customer experience.I have worked with many teams to solve complex issues from onboarding new customers, and matching customer procurement models to service bundles, to building complex integration with several discrete platforms and services. I also enjoy having to learn and upskill in new businesses and products to understand the users and technically what we are delivering. Upskilling in a new business has required robust stakeholder engagement skills, and I enjoy working across all levels of businesses which include presenting and writing business cases for C-level/Directors through to working with engineers on deep technical detail. While defining and creating products I have facilitated many workshops, with internal and external stakeholders and teams, covering brainstorming, research, vision/why, user story creation and solution design, although some of the best insights have come from one-on-one with users. As ‘as a Service’ offerings and end-to-end services have evolved, businesses have had to adapt their operating models. With extensive experience in business transforming, I have guided teams and organisations through this journey by managing stakeholder, negotiation effectively and showcasing what ‘good looks like’. While this process can be challenging and confronting for traditional operational teams, it is ultimately rewarding when they successfully adapt.
