5-week contract. As a character artist I had to create 2D orthographic drawings based on concept sketches and 3D model a character, multiple outfits, and facial blend shapes for use in production. I had to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively while creating a quality product to impress a client.

As a character artist I was in charge of modeling, UVing, and texturing the main character, Harvey Swick, as well as creating additional painted textures for Rictus and Wendel. Because of the tight production deadline I had to effectively manage time to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively with multiple teams and departments throughout the production pipeline, as well as communicating closely with the director and character team to effectively bring characters to life. Additionally I was also in charge of lighting, rendering, and compositing several of the attic shots in stereoscopic 3D using Maya, Nuke, and Vray.

Managing time effectively, absorbing and responding to critiques, following specific production parameters and creating quality work to meet tight deadlines.
