• Execute the second-to-none customer service delivery for which LCBO is renowned in all interactions with customers and trade representatives by greeting and serving all persons who enter the store promptly, courteously.
• Motivate customers and fellow employees to learn and experience a variety of new and different products to increase sales in all areas of the store
• Utilize the information and education provided to make knowledgeable and confident recommendations to consumers at the retail level for wine, beer, spirits and other beverages
• Maintain appealing, full shelves with products throughout the entire store and ensure all product names and labels are clearly visible for customers to easily recognize the product they’re shopping for
• Operate a computerized cash register proficiently to ensure all customers enjoy the last point of contact in the store and feel welcomed to shop there again

• Organize and conduct interviews and reference checks for various positions
• Produce emails, compile mailing lists from website and send personalized emails to unsuccessful candidates
• Provide general administrative support: file, organize, print, photocopy
• Provide prompt customer support with inquiries and requests
• Support event coordination for development events hosted by our office and community partners
