In May of 2024 I was put forward for a management position at the new location our company was opening due to my organizational skills. I maintain much of the same responsibilities with the addition of training new management to brand standards.

As Shipment Lead I maintained many of my previous job responsibilities and they expanded to include:- Leading a team of 40+ (70+ through holiday season) to achieve sales and conversion goals through excellent customer service- Receiving, processing, and sorting inventory as well as reporting discrepancies- Handling customer or team member disputes- Posting deposits and ordering change- Executing opening and closing procedures to company standard- Training new hires- Planning and executing the set of new product to brand standard

As a Sales Associate my job responsibilities included:- Executing excellent customer service through uncovering and then meeting customers needs- Handling transactions- Maintaining stock and supplies throughout the store- Resolving any low level customer disputes

I was promoted in October of 2019 to a management position; while I maintained a lot of the same job responsibilities they expanded to include:- Leading at team of 20+ to achieve sales goals through excellent customer service resulting in our store being most improved in market for 2020- Resolving any customer service issues or team member disputes- Closing and opening the store which included: cataloguing and posting of inventory, general handling of money such as creation and posting of deposits, and setting up/breaking down along with cleaning the store for the next shift.- Ordering, receiving, and processing inventory along with documenting any discrepancies- Training new team members- Facilitating interviews with our GM for prospective hires

As a Pizza Maker my job responsibilities included:- Making pizzas to company standard- Occasionally inputting orders and handling transactions- Maintaining the stock and cleanliness of my work area- Prepping inventory- Delegating the prep station on busy nights to maintain pace and consistancy

As a Cashier my responsibilities included: - Answering phones and facilitating orders- Serving customers and handling transactions- Resolving low level customer service disputes- Keeping my work area properly stocked and cleaned- Verifying order accuracy
