Through user interviews, I found that clients used their own manual process instead of our product and were frustrated with the knowledge ramp and settlement required. I created a mission-driven, three-pronged, product-led growth strategy to: 1. Create a built-in emergency fund for each loan from dollars where borrowers paid ahead2. Leverage how the emergency fund was used to rally alignment and buy-in into the mission3. Increase ROI with more loansWe influenced and won internal and external buy-in, unlocking $30 M in value and landing a $3.4 B financing proposal. With the mission-driven built-in emergency fund, we helped thousands in their time of need.
