Responsible for making sure that the office and staff are running smoothly. I conduct morning huddles to ensure that staff is aware of the schedule for the day. I handle patients accounts, verifying insurance, hiring and training staff, upset patients, and marketing.

Attend to patients on the phone and in person. Coordinate and organize appointments and administration to facilitate the efficient running of the dental office.

Responsible for supervising, nurturing, and caring for children between 12 and 24 months. Welcomes children each day, provides meals, performs crafts and activities, creates weekly lesson plans, fulfills each child's daily form, conducts parent conferences, documents each child's developmental gains, and ensures children behave well when in contact with other children.

As a Maverick I performed office tasks, and provide many things to our residents such as; high quality accommodations to make our residents feel comfortable being away from home, fun events and activities to give residents a break from school, and I also assist with any questions or concerns they may have while getting connected to their school and new community. Along with working with the residents I also have a team of Mavericks that I work with. I create the monthly schedule, I run weekly meetings, and I am the person that communicates directly with corporate about the certain events that we are planning to carry out for our residents.

As an activity leader for the Hasentree Country Club I worked with children on a daily basis, and also lead the children's summer camps which occurred every other week throughout summer. I would come up with the theme of the camp for that week, and create a lesson plan with a schedule of what exactly the kids would be doing through out the day, then carry that plan out.

As a substitute teacher I was put on an on call list so that if any teacher wasn't going to be able to teach for that day I would be called in. I was primarily called in for the preschool aged classrooms, and I would take over the role of that teacher for the day; teaching lesson plans, keeping the children safe, and taking care of their daily needs.
