Completed research in a private biomedical lab using proper laboratory techniques that include extracting and separation of cells to ensure the purity of our product.

Study genetic diversity and population connectivity of Spotted Turtles and Red Back Salamanders in habitats on the Eastern Shore. This process consisted of laboratory analysis to determine population and endangerment statistics.

Assisted organic farmer Jay Martin which included crop selection, tending to the garden, noticing health defects of plants, practice sustainable farming methods as well as planting and harvesting. I gained knowledge and experience with scheduling, management, transplants, preparing soil beds, composting, insect and disease identification and control.

Lead and coached middle school girls summer travel lacrosse. This includes two to three days of practice for two hours during the week and tournaments on weekends. I teach them stick skills, how to properly handle the stick while preforming these skills, introduce new methods and plays, and improve their overall performance on and off the field.

Camp counselor for children in 2nd grade from 8:00am to 3:30pm. Throughout the day we do several activities including horseback riding, zip lining, hiking, eating lunch, changing for swim time, swimming, and hands-on organized activities. I provide the kids with another person to talk and open up to which allows them to feel comfortable and safe at camp as well as at home.
