Collaborate with high school students and counselors to promote higher education, and engage in the decision-making process. Coordinate and yield a high volume of students nationwide. Meet with prospective students to answer questions about the university, area of study, and opportunities for students. Direct student to the appropriate sources for guidance on courses of study, financial aid, scholarships, or other information.

Assist in the supervision of 22 student staff members overseeing a complex of 1,200 freshman students. Advise students who are members of complex council, navigate daily administrative tasks and diligently provide customer service to all campus visitors.

My role includes the recruitment, selection, orientation, and supervision of staff of 20-25. As well as assist in camp operations and oversee camp logistics and trainings.

Position includes connecting, educating and supporting students of marginalized identities across the residence hall. Intentionally communicates with students to help best support and connect them to on campus resources.

As a Desk Associate in the Residence Halls I am tasked with welcoming, assisting, and providing information with anyone who may have questions. As well as any other tasks to help the area run efficiently.

As a Resident Assistant my position is to assist students within the Residence Halls on CMU's campus. I assist these students with transitions, mental health, roommate disagreements and much more. I aim to comfort students with our campus and anything that they may need while living within the Residence Hall.

My role as a Leadership Camp Facilitator is to welcome future Central Michigan University students to campus and help to teach them the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.
