I am a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University who has taken over 170 credits to be the first person in the university's history to simultaneously achieve both a degree in Immunology and Infectious Disease and Biostatistics.The passion I possess for both of these fields allows me to bring an unmatched dynamic to any position I am fit for. I would thrive in an environment where I am able to make an impact. I am open to learn any skills necessary that I do not already possess and am always eager to dive into new tasks. What I can bring to any position is the ability to provide statistical analyses and feedback to a variety of subjects, preferable public health. This includes report writing, advising, programming, interpretation, and more. My familiarity with dry and wet lab protocol through my other scientific degree gives me an advantage in comprehending some epidemiological and clinical data tasks that a traditional data analyst may not have.Currently, I just finished an internship at FAU for the Summer Institute in Biostatistics and Data Science working hands on with practicing data analysts and epidemiologists in real world applications including public health paper analysis, coding, and more. I am now excited to be a part of the University of Miami’s Crohn’s and Colitis Center as a Bioinformatics Analyst, along with pursing a Master’s of Science in Biostatistics.
