I am a graduate Africana Studies student at Georgia State University. Outside of class, I am in the National Council of Negro Women, a community serviced based club. I am also a pasta instructor and server at Bellina Alimentari. In my free time I like to occasionally play golf or soccer, or to explore downtown with friends. I also love to read, the last book I read is Whereabouts by Jhumpa Lahiri, and I am currently reading Women, Class, Culture, and Politics by Angela Davis.
