Merchandising Team Manager
Currentoverseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving business results through effective leadership. This role involves managing the merchandising team to maintain visual and presentation standards, coordinating timely setup for promotions and seasonal activities, and proactively planning product flow. The manager is also responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a diverse team of associates, providing coaching, and managing performance.In partnership with the Sales Team Manager and visual associates, the Retail Operations Manager supports overall merchandise presentation and ensures operational excellence in both store and stock areas. They also resolve escalated customer service issues, manage store operations when the store manager is unavailable, and identify opportunities to enhance store profitability. Key responsibilities include opening and closing the store, managing point-of-sale transactions, and ensuring all associates complete required paperwork and training.
