Dr Agile - leading organizations towards achieving business agility across the enterpriseAs a Senior Agile Transformation Coach, I successfully launched a Scaled Agile (SAFe) Solution Train and two Agile Release Trains at Amdocs. Coaching, mentoring and directing workshops and staff at all levels, I work with Senior Managers, Architects, Product Managers and technical teams through the changes implied by the journey, addressing related HR and team empowerment issues.Of note, I was Invited as a key member of host company Senior Management Team – influencing corporate strategy.

EBS/CME Group – offering access to one of the world’s largest FX markets, facilitatinginternational trade and risk management. In this role, I directed a team in managing hundreds of technical projects for all departments across the organization, reporting directly to the COO and to global company leadership. Managing all internal stakeholders, I oversaw daily project management, cross project dependencies, integration planning and management, issue resolution and escalation and task/project prioritization.Importantly, I raised the group’s internal profile, making it a dominant and critical force within the company. Additionally, I built trust and created long-lasting, strong partnerships between internal company stakeholders who previously did not collaborate. During the company's acquisition by CME Group, I was selected to act as Software Development Representative for EBS as well as being tasked with leading the R&D Technical PMO Group.

AT&T, – the world's largest telecommunications company.In this position, I controlled technical projects using Agile, and Waterfall, collaborating with cross functional teams throughout the company. Notably, I Initiated and drove several continuous integration projects as well as automating a number of processes that were previously manual.Educating upper management, I championed use of Agile/Scrum across the organization as well as training and coaching the Software Development Team in using Agile/Scrum.

Comverse – developing and marketing telecommunications software. As a QA Specialist, I defined and performed tests for protocols, functionality, regression, and load using a Linux platform. Writing documents for multiple Japanese and American customers, I used Waterfall or Agile methodology, according to project requirements. Additionally, I tracked and approved software requirement specifications, wrote acceptance test procedures, and tested communications protocols (GSM-SS7, SMPP).
