Director of the IDF Preparation Program in the Northern Region of Aharai!Non-profit organization – In this position I managed 65 salaried employees at two levels of management (coordinators and instructors), over 50 volunteers, and 50 groups throughout the north of Israel with about 1000 teenage trainees. This position required me to manage educational processes, to produce and manage days-long field trips around the country, and to maintain partnershipswith 40 local governments, state ministries and various donors.

Manager of ‘Mazpen’ National Leadership Program of Aharai! Non-profit organization – Established and managed a national leadership program for outstanding Aharai! trainees. This position required managing an educational curriculum and implementing it in four geographical groups, as well asworking to establish the status of the new program within the organization.

Graduate Coordinator at Military Boarding Schools – Established and managed the graduate outreach of the military boarding schools, this includedcreating programs of assistance and managing contact with 350 graduates.

Company Commander at the Military Boarding School for Command in Haifa.Managment of 55-70 teen boys and girls in tenth grade to twelfth grade. At the end of my tenure was charged with overseeing the school’s transfer of command from the IDF to the Ministry of Defense.At 2017 transfer of the military boarding school to command from the IDF to the Ministry of Defense and my release from the IDF.
