• As Sr. Account Manager/Delivery Head I am responsible for specified client accounts with Sightspectrum technologies and client Delivery.• Managing a team of 18 technical recruiters to fulfill my client’s talent needs.• Mapping my bench resources with existing and new requirements on day-to-day update basis from the clients.• Continual dialogue with the clients for updates regarding existing requirements and • Attending clients’ conference call on weekly/Daily basis regards to open requirements and other business updates.• Screening candidates based upon defined technical questionnaire.• Conduct pre-screening and reference checks for candidates to assess suitability for the client's required skills and abilities.• Timely submission of qualified candidates to the client for open requirements.• Schedule and co-ordinate with Clients/Account managers for final interviews for short listed candidates.• Maintaining good relationship with the existing direct client/Vendor.• Developing relationships with approved employment agencies and recruiting firms.• Responsible for maintaining corporate agreements and placement orders.• Updating the candidates Client information in internal recruitment reporting software onregular basis.• Posting the holists of the consultant's availability and skills on the group sites.
