Connecting and Empowering the Israeli Community in the New York Area through its LeadershipOverseeing 120+ volunteer community leaders, managing the workflow of task-forces, while initiating and managing the production of cause-driven events, fundraising campaigns, projects and partnerships.

At the Bronfman Center I led the development of 92Y Israeliness programs for families. Developed an active community that celebrates the Israeli culture. Cultivated partnerships and collaborations. Initiated and executed fundraising campaigns. Gathered a volunteer committee. Developed and expanded curriculum of educational programs, designated to all ages. Initiated new programs for adults, including parenting workshops and a book club in Hebrew. 92Y Israeliness programs started as one family program designated to toddlers and their parent(s), and grew into over 20 programs for all ages, including a full Hebrew-spoken summer camp.
