Working as Marketing Manager in Allergan I became conscious of Physician´s need of training and support in Management, Marketing, Sales and many skills in which they don’t receive formal education at University. Physicians usually feel they’ve studied so much and work so hard but they aren’t as profitable as they wish. They get to a point in which they feel they are not ready to deal with certain business challenges and feel lonely in doing so. That’s why my mission is to accompany Physicians to achieve their goals while they offer a great Patient Experience. I also train their teams and turn them into high performance ones, as teams become one of the most relevant assets for success. To bring my mission to life I offer 1 to 1 executive coaching sessions, conferences in Congresses, Medical Societies and Laboratories client meetings; in company training sessions and online courses for physicians and their staff, and a processes optimization kit. I am founder of MedAdviser, where our goal is to support and help Physicians acquire new skills in Strategy, Patient Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Management.For the last 10 years I’ve worked with more than 200 physicians, participated in conferences in Hospitals, Medical Societies, National and International Congresses, and have helped Labs offer their top clients valuable tool for the development of their businesses.I count with over 10 years of corporate experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, aesthetics and healthcare industries which have given me a strong knowledge of the market and patients psychology.I have a complete academic background with 2 degrees and many postgraduate studies. “Never stop learning” is my mantra, so I constantly gain new knowledge that I share in conferences and with my clients.
