The Erasmus+ programme aims to boost skills and employability, as well as modernising Education, Training, and Youth work. The seven year programme will have a budget of €14.7 billion; a 40% increase compared to current spending levels, reflecting the EU's commitment to investing in these areas.Erasmus+ will provide opportunities for over 4 million Europeans to study, train, gain work experience and volunteer abroad.Erasmus+ will support transnational partnerships among Education, Training, and Youth institutions and organisations to foster cooperation and bridge the worlds of Education and work in order to tackle the skills gaps we are facing in Europe.It will also support national efforts to modernise Education, Training, and Youth systems. In the field of Sport, there will be support for grassroots projects and cross-border challenges such as combating match-fixing, doping, violence and racism.Erasmus+ brings together seven existing EU programmes in the fields of Education, Training, and Youth; it will for the first time provide support for Sport. As an integrated programme, Erasmus+ offers more opportunities for cooperation across the Education, Training, Youth, and Sport sectors and is easier to access than its predecessors, with simplified funding rules.

National TEMPUS Office. Tempus (The Trans-European mobility scheme for university studies) supports the modernisation of higher education and creates an area of co-operation in countries surrounding the EU. Established in 1990 after the fall of the Berlin Wall, the scheme now covers 27 countries in the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, North Africa and the Middle East.

Selected into a Professional Fellowship program that brings exceptional rising leaders from Central Asia, Mongolia, the Caucasus and Afghanistan (CAMCA) to the United States for a high-level, intensive exchange experience designed to forge enduring personal and professional connections among its participants.  The Fellowship aims to encourage intraregional cooperation among the program countries as well as to foster stronger relations between the U.S. and the CAMCA region, and serves as a starting point for continued dialogue and collaboration among the innovative regional leaders that comprise the program’s alumni network.

Part-time National Consultant on designing a Competitive Innovation Funds Programme for the Higher Education Systems in Azerbaijan (World Bank – Ministry of Education in Azerbaijan)Working together with International Consultant (Mr. Cesar Yammal) with the objective of developing a competitive financing system and a subsidy program aimed at improving quality factors and generating greater autonomy in the institutions of the Higher Education system of Azerbaijan.Among the main activities I carried out are the following:-Study of priorities-Interviews with key actors-Interviews with potential beneficiaries-Interviews with potential evaluators-Training workshop-Operations manual

• Support of Professional Network development of Educational NGOs• Work with Executive Directors and Education and Youth program consultants to develop the strategy of Education and Youth initiatives of the Foundation• Maintain and evaluate the progress of Youth and Education projects of OSIAF• To identify and maintain contacts with partner organizations such as Ministry of Education, Ministry of Youth and Sports, local and international NGOs, World Bank, UNICEF• To assist with OSI AF Projects fundraising activities• To provide support to the general activities of OSI AF Administrative Duties• In charge of all aspects of the application process for the program: entering all information related to grant application in grant tracking database, preparing applications for review by Expert Committee and OSI AF National Board, and maintaining all files (both on paper and on computer) • Prepare Program budgets as needed• Write monthly report on program activities
