Building of demonstration environments for potential clients based on the clients type of business as FileNet is a highly configurable suite of Business Process Management software, which can cater for small to large operations.3. Building of new environments for clients once they had purchased the software and rolling out client side installation to the workstation (which sometimes meant installing software via remote access to machines in different cities).4. When upgrades and patches were made available by FileNet, I had to check compatibility issues and if none were found I would install these on the client systems to keep clients up to date.5. On the rare occasion that we had major system failure, I would have to recover the system from backups and restore the databases and configurations.6. In the major financial institutes we had to work with their IT security department to implement system security models that reduced the ability to commit fraud.
