Responsible for organizing and implementing a community-driven strategic development plan, assessing and evaluating new and innovative resource development frameworks, and implementing a sustainably vigorous community investment and organizational development program. Creating, planning, and implementing annual philanthropic and support campaigns with an emphasis on individual, corporate, and workplace giving, as well as resource generation via public funding initiatives. Developing and supervising funder and funding-related communications, engagements, and public relations efforts around RACC’s community support and engagement work. Supporting RACC's intersectional arts and culture advocacy efforts on the national, state, and local level.

Guided by intersectional feminism in leveraging the positionality of a white, heterosexual, college educated, temporarily able-bodied cisgender man in creating social change. Board member from 2017-2019, joined the development department as a staff member after engaging in two years of intensive program support and training in social justice and survivor advocacy. Expanded traditional development role in growing social justice advocacy training series as well as an organization-wide support role in managing volunteers, developing and adapting programs, and ad hoc projects, and strengthening individual, community and business relationships.

Founding team member, helped to grow company from 8 annual events to 25. Managed company expansion and facilitated hiring, training and management of team from 3 to current 9 full-time staff and 15 to 80+ seasonal or part-time staff. Hired or recruited, trained and managed 200+ staff and 10,000+ volunteers. Facilitated acquisition of 8 contract event series from Good Sport Promotion (see below) at time of founding, later facilitated acquisition of remaining 5 Good Sport Promotion events. Events range in size from 250 to 60,000 attendees with 10 to 400 staff and volunteers and production budgets ranging from $30,000 to $100,000. Combined annual participation at events I direct, manage or advise exceeds 150,000.
