Accomplishments:-Utilized HubSpot (CRM), Google Analytics/ Ads reporting tools to identify challenges within the platform or website and restore functionality or improve performance.-Designed email, blogs, and social media content from copywriters through HubSpot, Website, and Social platforms (Drupal, Wordpress, Duda, and others).-Led the development and implementation of the FosterVA marketing/ recruiting campaign which resulted in a 150% increase in licensed foster homes (Update: 96 foster homes became licensed in 2023)-Facilitated transition of multimedia design in-house for digital and print marketing materials which led to faster updates and a more consistent brand image.-Adapted and supported the transition to fully remote operations at the beginning of the 2020 pandemic, implementing Zoom alone saved the agency over 10K annually on communications services.-Led the extendedReach (EHR) implementation project, converting operations from 100% paper files to a hybrid digital system, which has led to improved compliance ratings.Duties Summary: This position provides daily IT, software, and hardware support to the Extra Special Parents team, including home and satellite offices. Responsibilities include: maintaining network infrastructure and computer hardware, keeping inventory of IT assets agency-wide, day to day maintenance and support of extendedReach, the company's chosen EHR program, as well as HubSpot, the company's chosen CRM platform. When necessary, conducts training for new computer systems/ programs and staff utilization of Google Workspace, extendedReach, and HubSpot. Supports and assists with website development, social media marketing and management, as well as pay per click ad management. Acts as liaison between Extra Special Parents and outside vendors.

As a Print Specialist, I provided digital and print solutions to clients that work within their budget and still deliver a quality professional product. In facilitating this role, I have learned the key hang-ups that prevent accurate and timely deliveries of requested production orders. I now utilize this knowledge to educate small businesses and entrepreneurs on where they can save money and precious payroll hours on print operations and other key operational factors in their business.I utilized Microsoft Business 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and various print production tools and equipment to produce quality works for clients.

I aided in the construction and deconstruction of productions that came through most of the major venues in Virginia such as the Richmond Coliseum, John Paul Jones Arena, and the Virginia Beach Amphitheatre. My favorite production to have worked is the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. It inspired me creatively to later pursue lighting design for my church where I learned to operate the Jands Vista 2 software on an S1 board with almost a full Universe of lighting fixtures at my disposal.

Different from my previous retail management roles, I was able to learn new perspectives on management through the lens of a customer experience focused business model. Although every retail environment may wish to provide a great customer experience, at Regal the customer experience is the product! I also learned how to run 35mm projectors and build 35mm prints. I am well versed in the operations of the digital cinema field including Doremi and Sony TMS. With the observations I have made and the skills I have learned in this career, I have been able to expand my technical knowledge and learn new ways to create positive client experiences.

In this position I learned many lessons related to managing a privately held medium sized business. As long as Spencer's has been around, I saw that they were still learning lessons in sales, loss prevention, and cultural relevance. These observations helped me to learn how to follow trends in society and how they could be utilized to grow client loyalty and expand to new audiences.

Starting as an Assistant Manager in their 2005 season, I worked my way up to Store Manager by 2007. This led to my position with Spencer Gifts as a Store Manager. I was recruited early on by the District Manager to help set up stores in addition to my own before HQ had developed a more detailed planogram for our storefronts and aisles. This led to a significant increase in sales across our district!

When needed, I managed multiple store locations in the Greater Richmond Area to assist with short staffing. I was able to do so because of my ability to keep an abundant staff at my location that allowed for me to support my district in this way.I learned many things through this role, including the impact of e-commerce on the brick and mortar market. Interestingly we are now seeing a re-calibration of online names looking into creating brick and mortar locations as pick-up points and impulse buy opportunities. I'm excited to see what the market does in reaction to these places as they turn up!
