Quantitative Analytics is a global organization of highly specialized quantitative modellers and developers. It is responsible for developing, testing, implementing and supporting quantitative models for valuation and risk management of traded assets, regulatory and economic capital, impairments, fraud detection, ALM, operational risk, net revenue and balance sheet forecasting, and stress testing across Barclays Group.I lead a team of five developers and engineers responsible for the operation, development and support of the application infrastructure used across the Quantitative Analytics teams at Barclays. Managing approx. 250 Linux and Windows servers both on-prem and in AWS, TeamCity CI farm, using technologies like Chef, Terraform, Docker, Git/Perforce, Nexus Repository Manager, IncrediBuild or Nagios.

Worked in the central department, responsible for governance and control of all risk management functions and projects. Komercni banka is one of the top three banks in the Czech Republic, subsidiary of Société Générale. I worked in the Operational Risk department, developed and implemented software (mainly VBA in Excel, Access and Outlook) for analytics and reporting of operational risks at the bank.
