CurrentAs Legal Practice Director I lead a committed team of very smart lawyers who leverage their expertise for the benefit of clients that hire them.I have been engaged in compensation litigation for nearly three decades. Earlier commercial experience provided a firm technical grounding and a hyper-awareness of the client value/benefit equation: when to sue, when not to sue, how big prize needs to be to make the whole exercise worthwhile.By 2000 I had had a famous win in the High Court of Australia and many battles in the Queensland state courts and my belt. I was the first lawyer in the state to specialise in injury compensation and was the Queensland foundation president and later, national president of the legal organisation devoted to that specialty.Our practice now specialises in injury litigation, consumer claims, class actions and travel accident compensation.
