Stärke Inc is a Saint Louis based General Contracting company focused on restoring homes in the South Saint Louis Area. I was brought on board in February of 2014 to help them develop Standard Operating Procedures and Non Negotiable Standards for day to day activities as well business over site. This role also includes a sales and prospecting element, ensuring that when our crews finish with one job site there is another job to begin.Presently, I also play the additional roles of Project Manager, overseeing the progress at various job sites, and Smart Home Tech Installer, ensuring the rehabs are fitted with the technology to bring the home into the 21st century, including Networking & Coaxial cable runs, Security Systems and CCTV Systems, and Home Automation and Energy Management systems.
