As head of the Business Process Department, I was responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive scalability through the centralization and standardization of business process.As a senior member of Savage's Core Services Team, I was an internal consultant. My responsibilities included startup and acquisition integrations, coordination of cross-functional initiatives, project and program management, company-wide process design and improvement, organizational structure changes, and technology implementation.• Implemented cross-training, process mapping, and SOP's doubling productivity per FTE• Established new rate management processes by coordinating information technology, accounts receivable, and internal controls resulting in being more competitive in transactional markets, recognizing revenue and invoicing quicker, providing better visibility into operational decisions, and covering more company risk• Led process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, lean management, and relationships to advance organizational scalability such as the coordinated use of expense and asset tracking systems • Developed multiple VBA solutions including daily interface reconciliation, variance analysis, expense allocation, and KPI tracking• Coordinated vendors, operations, and administrative departments to eliminate the intermingling of expenses across legal entities• Managed startup and acquisition integrations requiring business process development, system development, and cross-functional leadership
