Read and understand plans, specifications and schematics to communicate with the customer’s project team and LPC’s production team in order to set goals, measure production, and maintain budget.Prepare monthly work in process reports and semi-annual cash flow statements.Participate in project handoff, and startup planning on successfully awarded projects with Superintendents and the production team.Study specifications to plan procedures for construction, based upon starting and completion times, and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.Regularly review project drawings, specifications, product data, and Safety Data Sheets that pertain to current or upcoming project tasks.
