The system involved two SharePoint 2010 farms hosted in different restricted environments that appeared as one system by heavily customising the UI, and providing configurable global navigation across all site collections.• Solution architect for an online recruitment system for a large multinational catering firm. The system involved two SharePoint 2010 farms, one hosting a public facing site using forms based authentication and running on VMs hosted in Azure. The second hosting an internal site for managing the recruitment process. The two sites were kept in sync using Nintex workflows and sharing service applications.• Solution architect for an extranet portal for a Royal College to enable medical professionals from around the world to collaborate on journal articles and exam papers.• On site consultant providing training and mentoring for a team of developers and engineers to consolidate several existing SharePoint environments into one according to best practices.

Lead developer for the RM Learning Platform, one of the largest multi-tenancy SharePoint 2007 implementations in the world with over 500k site collections across 8 web applications.
