- Evaluated the financial and economic feasibility of energy investment projects and made recommendations to management- Evaluated startup pitches and made recommendations to the CEO, an angel investor in the cleantech industry- Participated in contract negotiations with potential clients and partners on international projects in the United States, China, Vietnam and Turkey- Oversaw final stages of production and took delivery of $4 million-worth of solar panels from a Chinese partner in Shanghai- Initiated and led an assessment of the company’s internal organization with an external management consultant
