Sr PB Nehru graduated with a B Sc. (Hons.) in Estate Management from the University of South Bank, London in 1979. He is a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia. He obtained his Registration as a Registered Valuer and Estate Agent (Reg. No.: V-189 & E-286) with the Board of Valuers Malaysia on 1ˢᵗ December 1982. Sr PB Nehru brings with him over 40 years of hands on experience in valuation, agency and consultancy in all types of properties across the nation. He now specialises in the valuation of high value properties and corporate valuations for financing, public listing, acquisitions and mergers, sale and purchase and compulsory acquisition.
