As part of an extensive process improvement programme, Pihl wishes to improve and optimize their 10 year old calculation system.Tasks and responsibilities includes:- Initial thorough analysis and test of the current system- Requirement specification of error corrections and optimizations package, which is implemented before the actual redevelopment process is started- Identification and collection of requirements through user interviews and a number of workshops with a project team consisting of Pihls most experienced calculators and engineers- Project management of and sparring with an external consultant, who does the actual development/programming- Conducting end user tests- Development of user manuals- Education of end usersThe project was not completed due to Pihls bankruptcy.

Copenhagen Area, Denmark

Migration of a 10 year old proprietary integrated EDM- and economy system, to two new standard systems from separate suppliers. Further a new company website is developed, integrating with the EDM system. The operation of the total solution is outsourced to a third party. Simultaneously an organizational change project is carried out, handling changes in work processes and tasks.Tasks and responsibilities includes:- Following up on subcontractors compliance with system specifications and contracts - Negociation of outsourcing of infrastructure to third party service provider- Preparing and conducting steering group- and status meetings - General sparring and advisory to customers top management

Assuring that DanID's print subcontractor on the NemID project is observing agreed quality and processes. Identifying errors and enchancements in the production systems and processes, and working out solution proposals for these. Coordinating project activities between DanID's offices and the subcontractor.

Finalizing implementation in Denmark of corporate wide ERP-system (Oracle e-Business Suite). Analysis and adaptation of business processes. Education, coaching and transfer of responsibilities to end users.In parallel functioning as unit business controller, including monthly balancing and reporting.Providing ad-hoc management consulting in relation to key customers, tenders, aquisitions.

In january 2005 TietoEnator wins its first outsourcing agreement in Danmark (5 year term, total value of +150 MDKK, taking over of +20 employees). Is co-responsible for building the new unit, including implementation of agreements and integration of the new employees. During next 2 years unit is doubled in size. Co-responsible for the unit, with focus on financial management/controlling, people management, and key account management.

Responsible for the implementation in Denmark of a corporate wide ERP-system, based on Oracle's e-Business Suite. Project was put on hold from corporate side after 3 months (has later been responsible for the final implementation, 6 months from january 2008 to august 2008)

Started as a consultant with specialty in Oracle and MSSQL Server related projects. In parallel responsible for building a competence group in this area. As this succeeded, gradually turning into a manager role (responsible for a number of different units; 10-60 employees; turnover 10-65 MDKK)
