Brisa's main business area is the construction and operation of tolled motorways, both through direct investments in Portugal, as well as through its national and international subsidiaries. The remaining businesses managed by the company complement its core business providing services associated to road safety and driving comfort in both motorway and urban environments.Pedro remains as Treasury Manager, but has broaden his responsabilities as AR/AP Coordinator, aiming for a higher degree on Working Capital optimization.

In May 2008 Pedro joined Brisa AE, which is the largest transportinfrastructure company in Portugal.Pedro is the treasury manager at corporate level for the groups 14companies and manages a team of 4 people with the following processes:o Short term Money market;o Bank Guarantees;o Trasury management (Management of corporate current bankingaccounts)o Treasury Budget

In August 2007, Pedro joined Axa Group Solutions, which is thegroups consulting entity responsible for, shaping, building andmaintaining the shared solutions of the Group, covering both sharedinformation Systems and shared IT services. During this period Pedrodeveloped an ERP solution for the management of InvestmentAccounting for the Mediterranean region.

In October 2006, Pedro decided to go freelance in order to followthrough new projects. During this period he collaborated with severalConsulting companies (Cap Gemini; Deloitte; etc…) in projectsregarding Financial/Treasury Services.

Pedro’s area of expertise is Finance and he has been developing hiscareer in the Strategy and Operations service line at Deloitte’s Productsindustry in Consulting. Nowadays he’s focusing his career in thedevelopment of the CFO Services skills, such as Cash Management andCorporate Finance Management. So far, he’s been working in projectsmainly in the Consumer Business, Transport and Communications.

Pedro started working at the Deloitte Consulting in August 2002,joining the Enterprise Applications service line and moving later on toStrategy and Operations. During this period he has accumulatedsignificant experience working with SAP technologies, namely in CFM(Corporate Finance Management), Treasury, Applications and LoansManagement, among others. He also acquired experience in thedevelopment and definition of CRM (Customer RelationshipManagement) initiatives.
