He is also a partner at San Tan Funds, a private equity firm that invests in and develops single tenant NNN assets across the country.With over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Phil has completed hundreds of transactions for national, regional, and local clients, as well as landlords and investors. He leverages his strong skills in brokerage, sales, negotiation, project management, and market analysis to deliver optimal solutions for his customers. He is passionate about creating value, building relationships, and achieving results in the dynamic and competitive real estate market. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
