Profile bio

About Paul Brennan

In May 2024, I graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Public and International Affairs. At Princeton, I balanced the rigorous demands of varsity track and field—managing a 20+ hour weekly training schedule—with a challenging academic workload. These experiences, combined with the influence of world-class professors, diverse peers, and inspiring teammates, shaped my purpose: to serve and create value for others.Being recruited to Princeton as a student-athlete opened my eyes to the immense opportunities college athletics provide and the challenges many high school athletes face in the recruiting process. To address this, my brother and I co-founded Torch College Recruiting, a platform that simplifies track and field recruiting for athletes and coaches. Though I stepped back from the platform due to Princeton’s demands, Torch taught me how to translate ideas into technology to empower others, a skill I aim to refine throughout my career.A pivotal moment in my academic journey was a course on humanitarian aid delivery, which revealed both my privilege and responsibility to make a difference. This led me to join International Advisory, Products, and Systems (i-APS), where I contributed to donor reports for USAID, WFP, and UNOCHA, conducted statistical analysis, managed project proposals, and performed stakeholder analyses with SID-US. These experiences deepened my commitment to addressing global challenges.Simultaneously, I became captivated by artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. This passion led me to focus my senior thesis on AI policy in public education, exploring how technology affects societal outcomes.Currently, I am pursuing unfinished goals in athletics and academics. With one year of NCAA eligibility, I joined Manhattan University’s Track and Field team, training under Paddy McGrath, and began my MBA at the O’Malley School of Business, focusing on Data Analytics to develop skills for contributing to technology-driven industries.Looking ahead, I aim to combine my experiences in athletics, entrepreneurship, consulting, and analytics to help organizations innovate and create value at the intersection of technology, strategy, and impact—whether in blockchain, AI, sports tech, or beyond.
