Started with CC&N as a Resource Center Technician working on internal IS support as well as project implementation to upgrade all the Aurora Pharmacy software and hardware throughout Wisconsin over an 18-month period. Promoted to Project Manager in 2004. Managed a 2-year network segmentation project at Aurora Healthcare completing early and under budget as well as making sure the customer's requirements were well exceeded. Administer and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure we meet or exceed all of our requirements including training and certification coordination. Managed additional data and telephony projects including VoIP solutions and the Milwaukee County Telephony Upgrade/Move that was necessary due to the Marquette Interchange project.

I started at Waukesha Electric Systems as the Help Desk Specialist and received 2 promotions to achieve the Network Engineer position in 2000. Implemented and/or maintained LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure maximum system reliability at all locations. Evaluated, recommended and specified, based on analysis; new hardware, software and upgrades to ensure compatibility with all company IT configurations and standards. Led to completion IT projects assigned including the completion of all project documentation. Assisted in the setup and transition of newly acquisitioned companies to install company standard network infrastructure including Windows 2000 servers, print devices, switches and routers. Provided system administration: user adds, deletions, moves and security access via Active Directory.

Provided IS technical support to all users throughout the county facilities. Assisted in upgrading all workstations from Windows 3.1 to Windows NT. Worked with basic AS400 functions such as security access and setup of printers and workstations. Completed cable installations as well as making CAT5 patch cables and coax cables. Assisted in maintaining network connectivity.

Accounts receivables and administrative support for the child support division in the Clerk of Courts.

Started with GMR Marketing as an Accounting Administrator for accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger. Promoted in 1993 to Manager of Accounting Services. Provided guidance, instruction and supervision to seven accounting clerks and maintained general ledger accounting functions. Upgraded Great Plains Accounting software from a Macintosh platform to a Novell server with Windows 95 workstations. Assumed position of Network/PC Technician for approximately 1 year in addition to my accounting manager functions.
