At my current position I am mostly focused on development of the CloudBlue Commerce product. In particular I work on automation of MS Exchange management and DNS management, on improvement of the product platform and concomitant solutions. The work involves features development, writing of code, unit tests and end-to-end tests, CI configuring, dockerizing, helm packages creation, etc. As a permanent background, we work on product reorganizing from a monolith (that was developed for years by dozens of engineers) to a set of microservices running in k8s. Also, I participate in support of several legacy product services and work on decoupling of them from the system. Time to time I help other teams with their tasks and features.The mostly used tools and technologies are: Java EE (Wildfly), Python, PowerShell, Linux shell, Docker, K8s, Helm, SQL (Postgres), Selenide, Junit4, Mockito, Jenkins Pipeline, Git (Bitbucket), Confluence, Jira and others.Responsibilities:- analyze feature requirements, design a solution (taking into account performance and security considerations)- implement selected solution in code- cover the code with unit, module, end-to-end tests- assure continious integration- review a teammate's code- investigate and resolve tickets and bugs (if any)- help to collegues (if need)

As SDET I mostly worked on development of internal QA Team tools, testing of product installation and upgrade and testing of complex features affecting a whole product. I automated deployment of various product features. I also automated testing of product installation and upgrade for all supported OSs (multiple Linux and Windows OSs).I participated in testing of several crucial product changes widely affecting the system behavior.I developed a set of Python scripts simplifying each day activities for a team (acceptance build testing, test installations management, automated tests execution and so on). Later I reworked a part of these scripts to (Django-based) internal site simplifying test installations management for engineers. I managed QA Deployment Team for several years.
