Key Roles and Responsibilities:• Support and encourage Service Excellence Team, by way of driving effective, empowering leadership motivational tactics.• Driving compliance overall for Service Excellence which includes ongoing skills development of all employees (yourself included), project and technical documentation updates, frequent random audits to check the status of outstanding tasks within the team, driving awareness to target attainment, accurate feedback regarding project delivery and feedback from customers, ensure all information pertaining to support cases are captured and linked to call out, monitoring of service schedules and accountability for their time spent day to day on prospecting and meeting with customers, as well as for project execution.. • Ensure the Highest Standard of Quality in terms of Service to customers.• Work with Senior Management by providing feedback from customer interventions and engagements, recommendations for improvement, and leveraging support from senior management. • Work closely with Sales Team and Clients to achieve Services Revenue Targets.• Supporting and educating new employees, on systems, roadmaps for learning needed, and processes.• Assisting with the recruitment process of new technical team members, including interviewing and sitting through disciplinary sessions against any members if needed in future.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:• Execute and deliver duties as part of the Technical and Service Delivery Team –involves supporting of customers in Solutions such as Autodesk Software, ERP solutions, and software offerings. • Installation, Training, Mentoring, and Implementation of software solutions.• Ensure the Highest Standard of Quality in terms of Service / Project Success –involves correct Scoping of Projects, Management of Official Project Documentation from Inception to Completion, and storage there off.• Upkeep and Quality Management of OneSolve IP used for Delivery of projects i.e. Custom Skills Workshops, Any Content Developed for purposes of adding Value to Customers, etc.• Work with Support Desk Team to Manage and Screen Support Cases to ensure efficient communication with clients and quick turnaround times for basic cases.• Work with Senior Management by providing feedback from customer interventions and engagements, and recommendations for improvement.• Demonstrate initiative through Onboarding and Up-Skilling on an ongoing basis.• Work closely with Sales Team and Clients to achieve Services Revenue Targets.
