CurrentRISK MANAGEMENT | IT INFRASTRUCTURE | PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT | DATA WAREHOUSEDISASTER RECOVERY | BUSINESS CONTINUITY | CYBERSECURITY | RISK MITIGATION• Deliver strategic direction, oversight, and governance regarding IT solutions for functional areas while envisioning scope of enterprise systems in alignment with long-term business goals.• Lead high-performing teams, involving (3) direct reports while fostering a culture of professionalism.• Facilitate 100% cloud-based initiatives, involving Salesforce CRM, AWS connect, data warehouse, and data lake to optimize remote working capabilities as well as drive operational excellence.• Develop HIPAA-compliant 100% off-premises digital infrastructure for the call center while delivering robust solutions within network ecosystem in alignment with technical requirements and specifications.• Serve as a liaison for clients and healthcare service providers while delivering holistic medical solutions at a discounted price to drive patient success as well as propel business growth for insurance companies.• Oversee technology services, including product development, vendor and client integrations, data warehouse, infrastructure, security, CRM, HRIS, finance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.• Establish robust ecosystem for advanced imagery, surgery, physical therapy, pain management, and surgical options to facilitate patients with best-in-class services.• Work with talented healthcare professionals to establish best-in-class technology infrastructure.• Guide executive leadership on technology investments, risk management, and IT infrastructure.• Cultivate and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks.• Drive technology governance process while ensuring adherence to IT policies.• Devise and execute strategic vision for IT initiatives to support long-term business goals.• Execute cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.
