I co-lead the overall Pursuit Strategy Team for Plante Moran. My main job is to keep the team working and winning. I focus on our team's proposal support, creation, and processes. I manage our technology tools and intake process. I lead a team in the US and India. We write engaging, persuasive proposals that highlight Plante Moran's unique value proposition.

As the Operations Team Manager for the Pursuit Strategy Team at Plante Moran, I work with stakeholders across the firm to grow our business through proposals, presentations, and other late-stage pursuit activities. I supervise our Build Team in Mumbai as well as Coordinators and Consultants in the U.S. My objective is to grow our business, increase our win-rate, sharpen our messaging, and to help us leapfrog the competition in every aspect. I identify and implement best practices, train practice staff and colleagues, and help monitor quality. I monitor requests and manage quality control for all smaller pursuits. In 2017-2018, I collaborated with our Director, CMO, and outside consultants to completely redesign and rewrite our pursuit templates and content. I am responsible for various projects, including overall content management. I support large pursuits by acting as a strategic advisor, coaching practice staff members, and creating custom documents for late-stage pursuits.

As part of Plante Moran's Pursuit Strategy Team, within the Marketing Department, I work with our Partners and Industry Leads to pursue new business through strategic proposals and presentations. In this position, I also train administrative staff and others on best practices and design templates for firm-wide use.
