• Facing the dramatic industrial revolution, Customer Experience has become the key for enterprises to survive and thrive. As an early explorer and practitioner of “All terrain Customer Experience”, I led the establishments of branded experience (in particular, new retail experience) for a number of mainstream auto makers, thus developed a set of practical and systematic CX management framework and tools. Moreover, some valuable thoughts and trials in using CX as the ultimate goal to reversely design and conduct corporate changes were undertaken and learned. • Working closely and staying hungry with new functions and new Auto trends (e.g.: Smartification, Digitalization, electrification, Connectivity, E-Commerce, O2O services, Omni channel, shared mobility etc.)，plus many years hand on experience in traditional functions have given me the ability to inherit the strength to embrace the changes. Skilful in bridging technical delivery, BU requirement and customer demand. • 20-year hands-on managing experience in various classic functions (e.g.: Sales and Marketing, PR, Regional Steering, Dealer Management, Network Development, Fleet and Used car etc.), especially good at brand building, customer assets operation, and field operation • Practical experience in both project management under classic set up and agile development in swarm organization; • Adequate sense and experience in Luxurious car brands and various product categories i.e. sedan, MPV, LCV, and SUV.• Outstanding communication ability in both written and oral English • Familiar with diverse cultures in both national and international company, and procedures of WOE/SOE/JV.
