I have helped to create and formalize the Cost Scheduling groups for CB&I Federal Services, The Shaw Group and Blount Construction. Responsibilities have included cost control tracking, and implementing Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling practices, along with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for environmental remediation and "clean" construction projects for the companies. I have coordinated the estimating and project teams to establish systems for integrating project estimates, schedules and budgets by implementing comprehensive work breakdown structures. I have experience with Primavera® software. I have developed the total project cost (TCP) and schedule in support of the construction package to establish the project baselines.
